Regarding Business customers in General...
• Never consider fraudulent acts of business, thinking that you will get rich quickly. Sooner or later, some crazy customer will teach you a painfull lesson.
• Always treat customers with respect.
a) Return all telephone calls promptly, if you value the customer. If you don't, the customer will go elsewhere.
b) Offer all customers your best goods and services; at the best possible price; and guarantee them great service. If you don't, the customer will go elsewhere.
c) Never engage in a business transaction, just to make the sale, if you know in advance that you cannot deliver the goods or services. Furthermore, if you had accepted a deposit, return it and apologize. You will have lost a sale, but will have gained respect from a new business friend.
Regarding Purchases From Suppliers...
• Never allow your personal, religious, or political beliefs to grow into business racism, whereby only your own kind is favored. V.I.P CONNECTIONS will not tolerate this sort of thinking or behavior.
• Treat all suppliers with respect.
a) Return their telephone calls promptly.
b) Honesty is the best policy. If you have purchases goods or services from your suppliers and are now faced with cash flow problems, discuss a re-payment plan with them. Believe us; they will accept your sincere proposal and respect you for being an ethical person worthy of their assistance in every way.
Regarding Business Partnerships...
• Always respect partnership agreements, even if greed tempts you to do otherwise.
• Never cheat or lie to your partners, or it will lead to costly partnership break-ups.
• Be sincere with your partners when you know that you cannot continue with the "business marriage". Lawyers and accountants will assist the "business divorce" accordingly, and cost-effectively, without resorting to any acts of fraud, theft or even violence ( which usually leads to serious ramifications).
